Chapter 268 of the Acts of 1903 required, prior to the construction of any sewer, the recording in the Suffolk Registry of Deeds of a statement approved by the Mayor of his intention to construct the sewer, naming the street or describing the land in which the sewer is to be constructed and giving an estimate of the construction. Includes sewer recordings for 1903-1911 and 1929-1958.
